In original oak box with leather handle, rotors I, II, and III. Measurement: enigma case 15inx11inx6in (38cmx28cmx15cm). Featured in lot 12. Estimate: £ 50,000-70,000 (62,000 USD - 86,000 USD)— “An Important 8 1/4-inch Gauge Model of Robert Stephenson’s 2-2-2 Engine and Horseshoe Tender,” the wrought iron riveted boiler is fitted with fire-hole door, the remains of gauge glass and regulator and gold leafed steam dome, with whistle fragments and safety valves. Estimate: £ 40,000-60,000 (49,000 USD - 74,000 USD)— “A fine Ottico Meccanica Italiana Crytogrpah-CR Cipher Machine,” Italian, late 1950s, the green hammerite casing with 27 button keyboard at the front and hinged cover opening to a set of electromechanical cypher wheels with 26 contacts at either side. Measurement: 9½inx16¾inx19in (24cmx42.5cmx48cm). Featured in lot 7. Estimate: £ 30,000-40,000 (37,000 USD - 49,000 USD)— “A 5in Gauge Exhibition Model of S.E. & C.R. 4-4-0 Locomotive NO. 516,” this Class “E” model was built by J.E. Kelly of Chatham and was winner of The Model Engineer Exhibition “Championship Cup” in 1969, the superheated copper boiler is complete with Ramsbottom safety valves, injector valves, blower and brake valves, whistle and regulator valves.
