Bronze proof, without numbering. Sand cast Eugene Blot, without stamp of foundry, executed between 1905 and 1937, signed: C. Claudel. Measurement: H. 28.5; L. 35; P. 16.5cm. Featured in lot 276. Estimate: 40,000 - 60,000 € (44,150 USD - 66,200 USD)— “Pedestal table” with mahogany tripod base and mahogany veneer with a leafy decoration surmounted by a hard stone marquetry tray of various types forming a chessboard surrounded by four medallions of micromosaics. The large tray rests on three arched legs joined by two spacers embellished with gilded bronze mounts, it is finished, in the upper part, in carved heads of eagles heads and rests on claws surmounting small wheels. 18th century style.
