First edition, one of the six exemplars on vellum Arches, No. II, signed by Picasso colophon. Exemplary Paul Eluard, with a delicate sending of Georges Hugnet and a definitive, from Pablo Picasso: “For Paul Eluard, my darling, my love.” Featured in lot 67.
